Here is our first VDP.Ortswein white wine! A blend of around two-thirds Pinot Blanc and one-third Chardonnay, grown on limestone soils around Laufen. Fermented naturally and aged on the lees for six months in large wooden barrels, then bottled unfiltered. The wine displays delicate notes of pear and citrus, accompanied by a hint of herbs and nutty spice. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh and crisp with a mineral edge.
