Pinot Noir from the Altenberg vineyard in Laufen, 100% whole-bunch fermentation. Spontaneously fermented, aged for six months on the lees in small wooden barrels. Matured in the same way as the Stiel&Stängel – yet the cool year of 2024 has made it lighter, more delicate and fresher. A rosé that wasn’t intended to be one – and that’s precisely why it’s so distinctive. Displays cool fruit, tart spice and a fine grip. Bottled unfiltered, completely natural.
