From the same vineyard as our Pinot Noir Laufener Altenberg – but with a slightly different approach: 100% whole grapes, spontaneously fermented with stems and stalks, unfiltered, unadulterated. Aged in small French oak barrels. Juicy dark fruit, cool spice, firm tannins. Taut, lively, with plenty of drive. 1 barrel – 300 bottles.
