Rooted in the winery for almost 30 years, our Auxerrois is a charming alternative to Pinot Blanc. On the fertile loess soils west of Laufen, it develops a fine, juicy, clear structure with pleasantly soft acidity. Ripe apple, quince and melon aromas rise to the nose, and on the palate it is elegant, round and wonderfully accessible. An ideal companion for anyone who loves Burgundy but prefers it a little smoother.
