The Kracher - vintage 2022 is the fourth edition of Johanna's original bachelor's project. In the Laufener Altenberg there are old Gutedel vines that have a very reduced yield. Due to small yields, the limestone soil, maceration times and long storage on the yeast in small wooden barrels, the Gutedel gets an incredible concentration in combination with the typical lightness and elegance of the variety. A mineral Gutedel made in an "original-traditional" style. Incidentally, the name "Kracher" comes from an old name for the Gutedel.
