Our Crémant Blanc de Blancs is an elegant, mineral-taut Chardonnay sparkling wine with a delicate brioche and fine perlage. It is grown on limestone, spontaneously fermented and matured as a base wine without sulphur in large wooden barrels. It is bottled without dosage - Brut Nature - through traditional bottle fermentation and at least 48 months of yeast storage in the bottle.
