Our red cuvée combines the cassis fruit and spice of Cabernet Sauvignon with the fullness and elegance of Merlot. The almost 30-year-old vines of both grape varieties are located in our warmest location, the monastery vineyard. Aromas of dark fruit, pepper and spice blend harmoniously with soft, elegant tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are combined in roughly equal parts and are powerful, well-structured and in an international style.
