The rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes is pleasant to drink with a fine, salmon-pink color. The short contact with the mash and the fermentation in stainless steel mean that the wine retains its fruity freshness. Aromas of red berries, a soft acidity and light tannins characterize the wine, which is an ideal companion for summer - harmonious, but never heavy.
