Our Pinot Noir -S- comes from the fertile loess soils west of Laufen and is supplemented by grapes from younger vines from the Laufener Altenberg. This makes for a lighter but powerful Pinot Noir with fresh, clear fruit. Aromas of red berries, cherries and fine herbs give it a lively character, while the aging in large wooden barrels and the long storage on the yeast bring structure and depth. A juicy, elegant Pinot Noir with bite and a long finish.
