This Pinot Blanc grows in Laufen's oldest vineyard - the Klosterwingerte. In this south-facing location, the wine enjoys full sunlight. The limestone marl soil, on the other hand, ensures cool conditions in the soil and gives the Pinot Blanc a juicy freshness. Matured in small wooden barrels, the wine is mineral, spicy and has soft tannins. An elegant and complex Pinot Blanc that will certainly be enjoyed for many years to come.
